Get Ready for Football Season with a Boudoir Photoshoot in His Team Jersey

Ladies, did you see that amazing boudoir-style photography spread of Beyonce in the February 2013 issue of GQ magazine? She was celebrating her then-upcoming Super Bowl XLVII half-time show performance by dressing in a cute little pair of panties and a few crop-length jerseys.

While Bey’s savvy marketing team wouldn’t let her wear the colors for either of the teams who were playing, we think it would be fun to celebrate your man’s love of the game by taking some of Beyonce’s ideas and making them your own in your sports boudoir photoshoot.

Buy Your Own Jersey

Before you decide to grab your man’s jersey and a pair of scissors to recreate Beyonce’s look for yourself, we encourage you to look around and see if you can’t find a jersey that would work on one of his team’s merchandise sites.

Pick a jersey that fits you well before you crop it — or try to find one that is already cropped! The barely-covered look of these high-cut jerseys lets you show off your natural beauty in your Houston boudoir photography session, but it also lets you maintain a flirty sense of modesty.

Wear Complementary Lingerie

If you look through Beyonce’s photo spread, you will notice that she chose to wear complementary lingerie instead of directly matching the jerseys she wore. We recommend taking one of the secondary team colors and finding a cute set in that color, or you could see if you can find a pair of sexy underthings that is appropriately branded for the team.

Bring the Right Accessories

Some of the accessories Beyonce rocked in her pinup boudoir photos were a football, an unbranded football helmet and some serious bling. These made for some amazing shots, but we think that you could make your session with our Houston boudoir photographers more fun by bringing a few other things. Pompoms in the appropriate team colors can offer a clever way to add some tasteful nudity to the shoot, team flags can help you to show your team spirit and a cute stuffed mascot can create a feeling of intimacy.

Consider Makeup

If you really want to go all-out for your football-themed Houston pinup photography session, wear a bit of eye-black, face paint or a temporary tattoo as a part of your makeup. Don’t worry, we can help you to apply and remove whatever makeup you choose to add to your shoot so that all of your photographs look beautiful.
