She had no reason to be. 

Her bra and panty set showcased her fabulous curves, 

while adding a pop of color that matched her bright and sparkly personality. 

From there she changed into a stunning black and tan corset. 

It accentuated her trim waist, while emphasizing her favorite assets.

During her private photo reveal session, Miss N confessed that she was more nervous to see her finished images than she was to have them taken in the first place. 

Her worries were quickly assuaged. 

She loved her images and her experience so much she insisted on hugging each member of the staff before she left…not that we minded. 

After having 3 kids to care for and a full time job, Miss N deserved to take some time for herself. Just because someone is a mother does not mean they stop being a woman.

Her red bustier accented her trim figure beautifully, 

while her nude stockings added an elegant touch to her classic, romantic ensamble. 

Next she traded her bustier for a silk and lace set, resulting in a modern twist on several classic looks.

Finally, she swapped this set for the lingerie she plans to wear on her wedding night…but you can't see those. 

Since she couldn't wait to show her future husband some of her pictures, she decided to show him all of them except the ones where she wore white. (She is saving those for her wedding day.) He loved every single one of them, and was happy she couldn't wait to show him. 

Though we love to hear stories of how surprised and thrilled grooms are to receive pictures of their new bride, it means so much to us to hear that she was so excited she couldn't wait. We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Just Wax It! 

Named the Best Wax in Houston by InStyle magazine, Just Wax It is the perfect place to get waxed before coming for a sultury boudoir session, or a fun pin-up photoshoot. 

We had the pleasure of having their staff come in for a photo session to fit their pin-up salon theme, and we had a blast!

Meet their gorgeous staff:

The lovely (and sassy!) Miss M is the owner. Quick with a smile, her efficient yet fun leadership makes visiting Just Wax It as painless as possible. She ensures each client and staff member is well cared for, and personally decorated her pin-up inspired salon. 

The classically beautiful Miss C kept us laughing the entire time, especially while we were capturing this Marilyn inspired image. Her sweet disposition was irresistable, and had our make-up artist laughing she had to take a break from her work to compose herself so her hiccups wouldn't affect her work.

The adorable Miss R raided our prop closet, and looked fabulous doing so! She rocked everything from suitcases to our vintage (still working!) vaccuum cleaner. Her facial expressions were perfect, and our entire staff fell in love with her red sneakers.

The fabulous and super sweet Miss L is a manicurist at Just Wax It. Her polka-dot leggings looked fabulous on, and the eye make-up really made her gorgeous eyes pop! Her men's wear shirt combined with leggings, heels, and a pretty smile made for a delightful picture. 

The fantastic Miss B was a delight to photograph, and is (I'm typing from personal experience!) absolutely phenomonal at her job. She brought in a collection of vintage clothes, including a pink petticoat I fell in love with. Her knowledge about pin-ups and vintage clothing allowed us to try some new poses she showed us, and gave us suggestions about where to order new pieces to stock in the lingerie boutique.

During her photo session the stunning Miss B showcased the glamourous side of pin-up. Her sultry expressions, flawless skin, and adorable wardrobe made for wonderful images.

Finally, the delightful Miss B. She had a smile on her face the entire time, even when we told her we wanted to clip her to a clothesline. Her sunny attitude brightened up the whole studio, and left all of us with a smile on our faces. 

It was such a pleasure to have these lovely ladies in, and we look forward to furthering our partnership with them.

The stunning Miss H came in with a very specific idea of what she wanted. Though the presents were a gift for her husband on his birthday, she had several specific looks in mind and had even prepared a gallery of images she loved. 

She started her session in a long, loose sweater that gave her a sweet yet sultry girl-next-door look. 

She let us know during her consultation that she loved the look of black and white pictures, and purchased a black lace set that highlighted her phenomonal body. 

Finally we got to her main look: fine art. Her inspiration gallery combined with the research we had done provided enough ideas for dozens of sessions. 

We had a wonderful time trying out different poses and lighting techniques to provide her with a variety of options, all of which were stunning. 

Just as people have different ideas of sexy, people perceive boudoir in different ways. Some see it as something private that should be kept between a woman and her special someone. Others see it as something that can be shared with girlfriends. Others, like Miss H, see it as art that can be hung in a prominent place in her home and that anyone is welcome to view.

None of these perceptions are wrong.

However, some ladies come in without a particular date in mind; they just want to celebrate themselves and treat themself to an experience unlike any other. 

This is the lovely Miss M. 

She came in with a gorgeous smile, bubbly personality, and fabulous lingerie. 

We laughed through the entire session, barely managing to pause our giggles and compose ourselves for pictures.

As I tied her into her corset she informed me (in no uncertain terms!) that she was doing this for her. 

Miss M isn't the only one who has expressed feelings like this. More and more ladies have been coming in to do something for themselves. Some are stay-at-home moms, taking a day off from the carpool and trading in their comfy shirts and sweatpants for corsets and stockings. Some are students, sick of being hunched over studying and looking to reward themselves with a sultry photo session. Others are career women who are anxious to escape the daily grind for a day of photos and fun.

"I have NEVER done anything like this before. A little background on me:  I am a sports junkie, athlete and I'm terrified of makeup.  I don't have time to be 'pretty' and I literally sweat for a living.  I do everything for everyone else and I never complain; I'm not sure what self absorbed actually means. I have put this off forever and finally decided to jump right in.  I did my homework and Warwick is the most renowned boudoir studio in Texas…If I was gonna go all in, I wanted the very best.





I was not disappointed and to be honest, I was floored.  The ladies were so much fun and sweet and most importantly GENUINE.  They were first rate professional and made it all about me. My confidence has skyrocketed!  When I walked in to see my pictures I wanted to cry but I held tough.  I couldn't believe that I was staring at myself!  Lol.  From the makeup artist who transformed me to the photographer, the staff, etc was incredible.  I literally didn't want to leave and I'll never forget my experience. It has genuinely changed my self esteem and therefore my life.  As females only we know of what I speak…





I'm not a very sentimental person but I want to scream from the rooftops, lol.  I can't believe I wasted so much time worrying but at least I finally had some fun.  One day when I'm older I'll have physical proof of how hawt granny was so they won't just think it's senile gibberish.
